Parmesan Garlic Rolls Recipe
It is easy to make these buttery delicacies. To prepare, you need Bread Flour, Active Dry Yeast, Milk, Eggs, Salt, Sugar, Butter, Parmesan, Minced Garlic, and fresh Parsley leaves. You will also need Stand Mixer and a Baking pan. Start by combining half a cup of milk, water, two teaspoons of yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Stir the contents lightly and set aside the bowl. Next, beat one-third cup of butter, half a cup of freshly grated Parmesan, and one egg and sugar in the electric mixer until it gets light and fluffy. Add one egg and the contents to the bowl set aside earlier to the mixture. Beat while slowly adding the flour in stages until a smooth ball of dough is formed. The dough should feel smooth, elastic, and tacky to the touch.
After preparing the dough for the rolls, oil a large bowl with non-stick spray, place the dough in this bowl, and cover it with a clean towel. Set this aside for about one hour. After one hour, you can gently deflate the dough and cut pieces from it to shape it into a ball. Lightly coat your baking dish with non-stick spray and place the dough balls on it. Brush the top of the dough balls with butter and sprinkle with minced garlic. Preheat the oven to 375-degree Fahrenheit at this stage. Cover the baking pan with a clean towel and let it sit for about half an hour. After half an hour of waiting, sprinkle Parmesan over the dough and place the baking pan into the preheated oven. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the rolls turn golden brown. With Parmesan Garlic Rolls, it is best to serve garnished with fresh parsley.
